The issue of electing senators is still pending in the Supreme Court, in which case the issuance of a presidential ordinance is proof of the government's incompetence.
The present govt is setting the wrong tradition of running the country through presidential ordinances, the present government has repeatedly tried unsuccessfully to make the proceedings of the Parliament ineffective.

The massacre of Hazara miners in the Machh area of Balochistan is a recent example of barbarism. The NLF sees this as a fresh wave of #HazaraGenocide on which state agencies should take immediate action against those responsible.
@SaddamKhank14 @MianIftikharHus @BBhuttoZardari @MaryamNSharif @LawyersComm @NLGnews There is no truth in such news, must avoid spreading rumours.
Former ANP South Waziristan president Tehseen Dawar must be released safely. Such measures in the tribal areas are reminiscent of FCR. Ex-FATA's integration into the province did not mean keeping the FCR alive.
#ANPStandWithTehseenDawar
The NLF expresses strong reservations over the illegal FIR registered against Tehseen Dawar. The administration should refrain from taking any action against political and democratic activists which could lead to serious consequences.

Malgari Wakilan is deeply concerned about the process since the arrest of National Assembly member @Aliwazirna50 .
The manner in which the arrests were made is shameful and unconstitutional. Ali Wazir should be released safely.

Malgari Wakilan congratulates @ALateefOfficial on the victory in elections of the Supreme Court Bar Association, this achievement is of the entire legal community who have always endured every injustice for the sake of the supremacy of the Constitution.
National Lawyers Forum strongly condemn the coward act of Terrorists, attacked the children in Madrassah located at Dir Colony, Peshawar.
Such attacks do not in any way demoralize us, the security agencies must expedite their operations in accordance with the law.
All the claims of making the police ideal and independent are proving to be completely false, the way the peaceful workers of PSF have been arrested today are the steps of dictatorial era.

The malice of the provincial government has come to the fore in the incident that took place in Islamia College. The provincial ruling party has misused the police to protect its student organization's thugs.

Malgari Wakilaan strongly condemn the violence that took place during the swearing in of the lawyers at the Bajaur Press Club. The government should arrest the extremist activists of Jamaat-e-Islami involved in this incident and should punish according to the law.
National Lawyers Forum candidate Shamshir Ali Khan Mir Khankhel elected as the President of Peshawar High Court, Swat Bench, Malakand Division.
On this date, 22-September-2016, our NLF’s General Secretary Ajmal Latif was martyred by ‘Unknown Persons’ in Peshawar. Let’s make it clear that the NLF will continue its legal struggle and will always remember its martyrs.
