The EU commission only decided it would not implement a new Law, But they're still working on guidelines in line with existing consumer law.
SKG is also still working with EU parliament to create additions to the digital fairness act.

@Grummz I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy this. The storytelling in the 2 main games was great. Also feels like the trailer might make it more action packed than it will actually be as they seem to show of the differences to the main games and wouldn't want to spoil too much.

@Grummz I don't think they actually uglified the actress here, instead they did age her a bit which I feel does suit te character better.
Still think the trailer/ gameplay showed a ton of issues, but this is not one of them.

@Grummz Have no problem with the concept of having her as the MC of a spin-off game. But damn, that trailer was hard to watch. Felt like a patchwork of stories/ ideas with dialogue that AI could already surpass a few years ago.

@Dejavudea Kind of. As long as you considered yourself a gamer while you were still playing games (otherwise anyone who ever picked up a game would be one).
Just because you can't find the time anymore doesn't mean you're any different than when you did game.

@GOGcom I generally like to have the choice (like with the RE remaster). I never minded tank controls in the past, as it was more in line with what I was used to. But now it does always take some time to adapt when alternating playtime with more modern games.

@n050up4u1 @curlybdancer while the VRAM increase has proven useful (even though the need was accelerated due to poor optimization). I'd argue most people still don't use RT and see it as a gimmick. I was even still using a 1060 until 1.5 years ago and even with newer, I still turn RT of where possible.

@Japexplosion @miracleofsound True, focus of development in newer games has mostly felt to be at graphic level and that has diminishing returns.
Visually, a decade doesn't mean much anymore. So it's no surprise. W3 was already graphically stunning and a lot of rpg games still use it as an example for design.

@LarAtLarian @larianstudios It's unfortunate that a lot of people see AI as an all or nothing situation. There's so many small ways where it helps (simple filters for search results, slightly different duplicates of your own work) People also seem to forget you can limit input that AI uses as references.
