The Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero has delayed the decision on Mallard Pass Solar Farm. The date set for the decision stage of Mallard Pass Solar Farm to be completed was Thursday 16 May 2024. However, a new deadline of Thursday 13 June 2024 has been set.
Although we are disappointed to hear of the delay, we remain confident in our proposals and will continue to work with the Secretary of State to provide them with any information they require to determine our DCO application.
