My impression is that the DSA are obsessed with taxing (and for some reason also simultaneously eliminating) billionaires as a class. Which strikes me as counterproductive for revenue unless the real point is assuaging class guilt.

But I’m biased being an aspirational child of poor immigrant stock who just wants a nice car, big house, & expensive clothes.
