We The members of The Ministry of Repentance and Holiness sought the Counsel of The Registrar of Societies on how to dissolve King's Outreach Church. This was because we wanted to work under one big umbrella organization namely The Ministry of Repentance and Holiness. We realised that The King's Outreach Church was going to be redundant. This was long before there was anything called Shakahola.
We were advised by The office of The Registrar of Societies to have an AGM with the members of the church and bring the resolutions of the dissolution of King's Outreach Church back to the Registrar of Societies.
This was duely executed in our AGM last year and resolutions sent back to the Registrar of Societies by The Lawyers of the church.
