🚨GIVE COACHES ANOTHER 2 YEARS

We need to be honest, Yes they sometimes make mistakes with their substitutions and squad set up but they are the best compared to anyone who has coached Kaizer Chiefs in the last 10 years.

Including Middendorp who lost the league in the last day and they deserve to stay and be given an opportunity to continue building, chopping and changing coaches will never work.

We've had 10 Coaches in the last 10 years which basically means that every year or season,there's a new coach and that why the team will never go anywhere.

If we really want to compete with Sundowns and Pierats,We need to start now.

To be honest,This is the best Chiefs we've had in the past 6 years since 2020.

We are on top 3 and we got 2 Points from Sundowns that has dominated us in the league for almost 6 seasons,If our players didn't miss chances including penalties especially beginning of the season.

We would be talking another language maybe we would be in the title race conversation,not so longer ago, we were actually part of the title race conversation(something that has never happened in the last 5 years.

We were unbeaten for almost 7 Games and even on Caf Confederations Cup, we got knocked out on the group stages with goal difference not points, for me that is improvement, a huge one.

Yes we are still far from competing with the other big 2 teams but we are in a right direction,there's improvement and I believe that if Coach Ben & Coach Cedric are given another 2 seasons,they can do something.

We need to watch football not with emotions and be realistic and honest to ourselves, you can't fail to be in top8 for 2 seasons and then on the 3rd season you expect to win the league, that's impossible.

It's a journey and a process, it's one step at the time, building a formidable team take time and needs patience, changing coaches won't do because, a New coach will have to start all over again.

Players will need to learn his philosophy and he will have to learn combinations which might take time, which basically means we might have another season of nothingness, of a coaching still trying combinations and instilling his philosophy to the players and players still trying to adapt.

But having Coach Ben & Coach Cedric again next season gives us consistency and continuity, players are slowly understanding their philosophy as well as they are also slowly understanding their players, finding combinations as well.

I personally don't think Chiefs management should let our Co-Coaches go but they should give them 2 Seasons with a possible of extension for them to have their own players and begin the season as official coaches which will give them a chance to do their own way in pre-season preparations.

As Supporters we need to patient,This is a work in progress and it's going well,also we must remember,these players (most of them) were playing for the first time together this season.

My suggestion is, Give Coach Ben and Coach Kaze 2 more seasons and buy few players(A Quality Left Back to Compete with Cross, a Quality Goalkeeper to compete with Peterson and an extra central defender to put on a competition)

Keep the Co-Coaches or maybe, Let Coach Ben be a Sole Head Coach and then Coach Cedric Kaze take on a Technical Director Role..

Something will come up. We need to be patient,This is the improvement compared to the last 5-6 seasons ago so let's not dismantle it,let's keep it and support it a bit..
