@matteblack831 @LeoKRogue shadows is a victim of this, the story/relationship development between naoe and yasuke falls flat because they have to play it safe at every turn, they cant make it grow from region a to region b to region c because what if you do region c first? then a and b make no sense later

@matteblack831 @LeoKRogue No, the main issue is the modular nature of every region in every map, as in you can do region a before region b, but also vice versa. because they don't know what region you will do first, they can't make the story build on earlier events because you might not have done them yet

@Goldxn_Violin its the weakest of the 3, half the game is filled with bloat, the story is not particularly engaging and has pacing issues (probably why its not engaging), and while being a viking is cool, the game doesn’t even come close to being an assassin’s creed experience
