I am looking for early hardcover editions of books by Jerome K. Jerome. I cannot find them on traditional outlets, is there an old book bank or place in Lahore where I can be sure to find them?

I was already thinking of posting about the River Ravi Revitalisation project, and this seems like a good reminder.

Apparently no one knows about it. It was the Anti-RUDA.

The plan was developed during 2018-19, but shelved in 2020 as RUDA was announced (to revive “50 sectors associated with construction sector”).
