Had the same issue at Fairmont Mumbai last month.

A wedding completely disrupted our stay.

The Merchants breakfast was reserved for wedding guests, and everyone else was pushed to a cramped makeshift setup at Oryn.

There was music till late, and even Madeleine de Proust was restricted to wedding guests on one of the days.

Worst part: the hotel never disclosed any of this in advance, or even at check-in.

For the prices they charge, this is unacceptable @Accor @FairmontHotels.

If a wedding is going to take over the property and downgrade the experience for regular guests, the hotel should be upfront about it.

Grok foundation model V9-Medium (1.5T) has finished training. Evals look good. A lot of Cursor data was added in supplementary training and there is more to come.

Fine-tuning is underway and reinforcement learning begins in a few days. 2 to 3 weeks to public release.

This will be a major improvement over the 0.5T v8-small that currently serves all Grok production traffic, especially for difficult coding tasks.

Ngl, if you ignore the buggy Whoop AI Chat, I prefer the Whoop dashboard over Apple Health as it's more functional. Apple Health feels like a collection of mini-dashboards that just look "pretty".

But yeah, the whoop app definitely needs some refinement. Especially the workout trainer should just be removed and they should integrate with @HevyApp

@krpai @Flighty That's even more engineering effort for little value. I'm sure they have other things in their backlog that they'd rather prioritize.

@Flighty, This is probably a pretty niche use case, but I can see why it’d be helpful. If family members are on the same flight, having at least the PNR/booking code visible/shared would make coordination easier -- also, some actions, like fetching boarding passes or upgrading classes, do require PNRs.

That said, I also get that the simplest implementation would be to show it to all Flighty friends, and that’s probably not great from a privacy standpoint. Doing it "right" by showing it only to people on the same flight feels like a lot more engineering effort for a pretty small subset of users.

But if you're up for it, it'll be a nice-to-have rather than a must-have. 🤓
