@MLGJules Yes, good job!!

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

@MLGJules Correct!! & the spinal nerve contains both sensory and motor.

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

@MLGJules the blue arrow is the dorsal root. you're getting closer. try again!

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

@MLGJules Now try and tell me what you think the red arrow is

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

@MLGJules You are on the right track! So, affarent is sensory and efferent is motor. The purple arrow is the ventral root= motor efferent

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

What kind of info does the purple arrow carry (sensory, motor, or both)?
How about the red arrow?

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

If the posterior cord of the brachial plexus was cut, what 2 nerves would this affect?

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

Notice in the leg (from medial to lateral)= Dick, Tom, & Harry
BUT at medial malleous = Tom, Dick, & Harry

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

The green arrow is pointing to what muscle? In what layer would you find this?

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

@MLGJules Sorry for late response!

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

@MLGJules Good job on naming the muscles!!! however, you will find this group in the intermediate layer of deep back muscles!

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

Good way to remember the anterior thigh is by thinking: 3VRS. The three vastus muscles, the rectus femoris, and the sartorius

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

Name the erector spinae muscles (I LOVE SPAGETTI) & which layer of the back will you find this group?

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

@MLGJules so close! It is obturator externus

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

@rachelricha Yes! Good job Rachel!

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

What muscle is number 4? Remember it is deep to quadratus femoris.

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

@MLGJules Iliotibial band or tract are both acceptable

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

@LTDTTL_F15 the piriformis muscle may be putting pressure on the sciatic nerve

[Manatomylab@1 @Manatomylab1]

Good luck tomorrow everyone!
