A forum in Manchester bringing Gov, companies and other orgs together to discuss issues surrounding disability in the workplace & connect & share best practice.
@AXSChat Building an internal team of advocates you bring together regularly to chat about changes and wins, allows a business to have a wide-spread team of 'drum bangers' continually reminding all corners of the business about where to find information on the topic & its importance.
@SamanthaRenke Seems to be one of the cruel facts of life, it goes by faster as you get older. Just when you want to take more time doing things, time wants to speed things up.

@soniasodha@Gatwick_Airport Appalling on so many levels. Write official complaints, shout about it on social media, raise the profile of each of these cases.

@CarrieALightley Many of our colleagues with disabilities have a comfortable environment at home that they can work in. Of course, just as many are itching to get back to the office as they don't have the wherewithal at home to make it work. AT helps but is not always enough. #DifferentStrokes
