The results are pretty eerie. esp Pre-2021 (earliest post 2015–2020): It felt like a real person posting. Timing was completely random throughout the day and night. The tone was casual, emotional, and spontaneous — full of raw reactions, personal frustrations, everyday thoughts, and longer stories about whatever was happening in his life. It had that genuine, unpredictable vibe of someone just sharing their day as a gamer and tech enthusiast. You could feel a human behind the keyboard.

2021 onward (through jan 2025 + beyond the grave):
Everything changed almost overnight. The account switched to an extremely rigid, robotic schedule. Every single post now lands at exact :00 or :45 GMT — often to the second — with zero exceptions across hundreds of posts checked. The style became polished, polite, concise, and highly repetitive. Posts turned into short, positive, formulaic updates: birthday wishes, recurring personal memes, quick tech or Apple observations, and holiday greetings. There were no more emotional rants, no long personal stories or threads, and no spontaneous off-schedule posts. It went from sounding like a chatty everyday guy to sounding like a professional, automated brand voice running on autopilot.

Extra red flags:
Rory lived with his mother Shelley Sykes, who was reportedly the only person who saw him on the day he died. I can’t find a single new photo of Rory himself on his account or his mother’s after 2019. All recent images are old childhood pictures, screenshots, or game stats — nothing current at all. He was officially reported to have died on January 8, 2025 in the Palisades Fire. Yet the perfectly timed :00 and :45 posts continued running without any disruption through 2025 and into 2026.I personally believe he actually died in 2021. That’s exactly when the real, spontaneous human posting disappeared and the flawless auto-schedule began — and it never varied again for over five years. A living person, even a busy one, but especially a gamer even if they used "apple products" lol would almost certainly have had at least some irregular timing or posted a fresh photo here and there. None of that ever happened. The account has basically been running on autopilot since 2021. The digital footprint tells its own story. RIP Rory Sykes.
