I’ve mentioned this on here before a while ago, but some years ago I went on a training course ran by the Suzy Lamplugh Trust on women’s safety. One of the top five areas which was identified as a major risk for women outside the home, was retail changing rooms, and they provided numerous case examples on this. It always made me wary.. unreal that today a British retailer just freely gave away women’s changing rooms.. I will never shop there again.

You cancelled the 0721 this morning so my 14 yo son was on the 0821 New St to MK. (Already late for school). Before Coventry your train manager “Parmi” ordered him off the train because he was travelling on a child’s ticket and couldn’t prove that he was a child. I bought him the ticket because he is indeed 14.

He called me, I spoke with the TM who was plain rude. She insisted that we bought another ticket or I send proof. I sent a message of his birth certificate.

Since when does a 14 year old need to carry identification on them? Children do not have a licence, an NI card and certainly can’t travel with their passport.

Shameful behaviour from your member of staff.

@ripx4nutmeg Dr Ronx verbally abused me and others attending @CanSG_org's conference. Police officers managed the mob who threw smoke bombs into the building where we were discussing excellence in care for people with gender issues. I doubt that this person is safe for me to be with.
