Not happy with the customer service from @vax.co.uk. Purchased a platinum power max 2 years ago, stopped working and despite the 6 year guarantee they can find no record of the purchase which came directly from Vax!! Not great

@MillerandCarter went for a steak at the wallisdown branch at the weekend and was deeply disappointed. My steak was undercooked and cold. Waiter was lovely but the manager was rude and had a very disappointing attitude. Won’t be returning 😐
