Hi, If you return the trainers to us requesting a size exchange - provided that the requested size is in stock - we will not charge you postage again when posting the replacement item out to you.

Hi, The address label on the invoice can be used at the Post Office to return an order, but the parcel will be charged by size & weight in the normal way. You can also use the returns section of our website to buy a Hermes returns label for £2.99.
