@Hertz You’re not interested in resolving this matter at all. Advertising a car for hire, taking payment then telephoning to say that no cars are available but no facility to refund must surely be classed as fraud? #hertz #scam #carhire #avoid

They take online bookings for cars which are unavailable and then want to charge you £45 for cancelling the booking!!! Customer service non existent and it seems they will take 10 days to process a refund #scammers #carhire #avoid #hertz
