Their support system at home being non-existent, and then the parents of the bullies not instilling structure and kindness into their kids. And then there's radical Islam

Better care for individuals with mental disorders, and for the FBI to actually follow-up with calls from family members making claims about their deranged relatives. And bullet-proof guards.
