🇬🇧🇷🇺 UK ARRESTS MORE PEOPLE OVER SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS THAN RUSSIA

In Russia last year, 400 people were arrested for things they posted online.

In Britain, the number was more than eight times higher, with 3,300 arrests.

The offenses ranged from offensive language to controversial opinions, or posting the lyrics of a song.

I think CNN used the 2 min delay to speed up the portions of the broadcast where Biden was speaking. We all know that Biden tends to speak slowly, which can be quite boring. However, during this debate, it seemed like he was speaking faster than usual.
