@LenovoSupport I bought a LOQ laptop (~₹1L) and within a year the keyboard started failing. Warranty expired just weeks ago and I’m being asked to pay ₹15K+ for repair. I’ve kept it in mint condition. Seeing many LOQ users face similar issues. This isn’t fair. Please help.

@ClashofClans If you’re gonna use the lab system for troops, make the heroes upgrade without needing a builder too! It’s just ridiculous having to waste two builders for the same thing

Yet, you demand prompt payment and threaten cancellation for being one day late. This is unacceptable, why should any consumer deserve unreliable services? I PAY FOR 300 MBPS each month and the speed is not even worth 50 mbps most of the days.

I just simply don’t understand how hard is it to JUST UNDERSTAND that the items are missing and either initiate a refund or deliver the missing items
