Russia wants to receive another 30,000 troops from North Korea. Since June, preparations have been underway in Russia’s Voronezh region to receive them. North Korea is also preparing to transfer additional launchers for ballistic missiles to Russia.
This is a threat not only to Ukraine. Russia is helping North Korea learn how to wage war, improve its weapons, and gain real combat experience in using them. All of this is a threat to everyone in Asia who is within range of North Korean missiles.
From the evening address. (2/3)
@pictureladyjan Whatever it is, wouldn't trust these guys for a second. Still, don't blame Zelenskyy for using the platform. He'll have seen through them too.
The Wildberries logistics center in Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk region, in Russia is under UAV attack. The first drone hit the premises of the facility. The workers are running in panic.
Russians started this war in full confidence that it will be just a “TV-war”, somewhere far and without compromising their lives. Well, it is now their cities in TV, and their future just like this Wildberries facility in Saint Petersburg, Russia, is getting burned down.
So those oligarchs got a one-year exemption to enrich russia & enable its war.
All the while Southern Europe will take tons of russian tourists during the Summer & Ukrainian civilians are butchered in their homes.
Europe must find a way past unanimity & extortion. Ridiculous.
🇬🇷🇪🇺 We have finally secured Greece’s withdrawal of its veto
This was the correct decision.
We congratulate the EU ambassadors and everyone who worked to secure this agreement.
🔸 The EU can now adopt a new round of economic sanctions against Russia
🔸 Greece received a one-year exemption for Russian LNG shipments, limiting the immediate impact on its shipping sector
But this compromise does not remove the need to replace unanimity with qualified-majority voting.
Europe’s security cannot remain hostage to one government.
