@jio_fiber it's a joke now to service clients,I had raised a request of relocation well before 20 days from the date of moving out and the same was yesterday.Everytime I call the customer support team they come back with same old verbatim of resolving it in next 2 hrs, wtng 2 day

@abcapital I have raised a request for fore closure of my PL on 5th Jan and received a mail that TAT is 14th Jan 2026.
Does it mean that it will be shared or I will hear only on last day of.yiur so called TAT???????

@OneCardHelp Not happy with customer care/ connect option. There is no option anywhere with you where one can speak to someone to resolve queries which are beyond ur listed and identified ones.
Need a call back urgently else I will have to think twice using this card going frwrd
