@policybazaar It’s a 10 days old story !! Still nothing is refunded and Statement already shared as a proof ! If PB has a strong control over inflow of payment during policy issuing , they should have similar controls over outflow of payment during such cases !!

@policybazaar Issue still not resolved, even after commitment of refund in 2-3 working days, situation is same as it was 2 months before. Surprise is that after I called PB yesterday, people asked for my bank statement of last 1 year to confirm refund 😂. That’s weird (Ticket ID- PB74173193)

- they confirmed Cowin app is managed by center,they follow Punjab govt rules 😂😂 crazy answer I believe
- they even don’t answer on reschedule, shown rude behaviour...

-I booked a slot through Cowin
-Reached as per schedule
-authorities declined to vaccinate all below 45
