I was just in Mumbai, and I have to give them credit for the progress they’re making on infrastructure. The new Aqua Line metro is phenomenal. But the amount of work India still has to do on basic cleanliness and sanitation and it is hard to understand until you see it yourself. Would love for more westerners to go just to understand how wealthy they are, but that's a different point.

Mumbai is completely surrounded by water, yet there are almost no places where people can actually enjoy the water. The beaches are filled with trash, the water is badly contaminated, and almost nobody swims, even when it’s brutally hot outside. Walking on the beach is just mud and trash meeting filthy water on the horizon.

There are much poorer places around the world where people can still use the beaches. This is not just about money. India has gone decades without adequate trash collection, sewage treatment, or enforcement for a population of more than a billion people. At this point, the scale of the problem feels almost impossible, and the oceans around the world are paying the price for Indias garbage output as well.

I like the direction Modi is taking the country, but India needs to treat cleanup like a national emergency. Stop with the small campaigns and organize a full scale blitz.

Offer unemployed people paid work picking up trash, clearing drains and waterways, cleaning beaches, and maintaining public spaces. Give them proper equipment and supervision. Then build the collection and waste processing systems needed to stop everything from becoming filthy again a week later.

India has shown that it can build metros, airports, highways, and digital infrastructure. Clean streets and usable water should be treated as infrastructure too.

Mumbai should have one of the greatest waterfronts in the world. Instead, it's has basically an irrelevant feature of the city and feels surrendered to sewage and garbage.

I have already filed a complaint and FIR at Electronic City Police Station, Bengaluru against a person named Mohammed Hanif Khan for allegedly entering India illegally from Bangladesh, creating fake documents using a Bengaluru address, and fraudulently obtaining an Indian passport.

He has reportedly been using this passport to send money to Bangladesh through Western Union and is currently staying in another country posing as an Indian citizen. If he commits any unlawful activities abroad using an Indian passport, it could seriously harm India's reputation and national security.

This incident highlights the urgent need to strengthen passport verification. I request the concerned authorities to investigate this matter thoroughly and take strict action.

A Middle Class Person wants to Buy 2 Wheeler for his family. He works hard, saves money & test rides a TVS Jupiter. He feels it is good for his small family.

He enquires the cost.

Ex Showroom Price is ₹76000. He realizes that this price includes 18% GST (around ₹11000). 18% YES, THAT'S RIGHT. Base Price is around ₹65000.

₹13000 Road Tax + Registration. Both PAID TO Government.

₹6000 for a Motor Insurance (18% GST ~₹1000 to Govt). Yes that is 18% GST.

Accessories ₹5000 (GST included)

So, now he totally has to pay ₹1,00,000.

He calculates that he eventually pays 70% to Dealer, 5% to Insurance company & 25% to Government. He has already paid 20%-30% tax to the Government in the First Place 😀😀

He feels a bit let down. But then he asks himself:

- Why am I Paying 18% GST on a 2 Wheeler when I have paid 20%-30% Tax already on my income?
- Why am I Paying 18% GST on Motor Insurance when this is supposed to Protect me in case of Accident?
- I am not taking any Loan, but still I Pay almost ₹25000 to Government just to buy a Vehicle for my Family. I pay ₹70000 to the Vehicle Dealer & ₹5000 to the Insurer. They also have to make some money out of it.

So I am actually paying Government so much for the Vehicle.

He asks these questions, but realizes that he is Middle Class. He pays the Taxes, buys the Vehicle, Takes Photograph & Goes Home to Enjoy with Family. He goes back to Work the next day, so that he can afford many other things. Cycle Continues...

She's Prabha Bhandari, IRS, 2016 batch, a woman who aspired to make it big, only to be let down by patriarchy because her two male juniors failed to keep their mouths shut and shattered her dreams.

She demanded a ₹1.5 crore bribe to bury a major GST evasion case and sent her two juniors Anil Tiwari and Ajay Sharma, to collect the first instalment, which turned out to be a CBI trap. Both were caught, and under questioning, named their superior, deputy commissioner Prabha Bhandari, as the mastermind. Cowards!

But the CBI wanted more than confessions, they wanted proof. They asked one arrested offical to call Bhandari on speakerphone in their presence. She answered after two rings. “The party has delivered ₹70 lakh,” he said. The response was instant, and incriminating. “Very good,” Bhandari replied, instructing that the cash be converted into gold and handed over to her. The call was recorded.

One CBI team arrested her in Delhi, while another broke open her locked Jhansi flat and found cash, gold, jewellery and property papers, strengthening the case.

Prabha Bhandari had scored excellent marks in the ethics paper of the UPSC, and her LinkedIn profile says that she delivers work with integrity. She is a go-getter, and her enhanced governance brings a positive impact on society.

Seriously Reliance Digital se AC purchase krke galti Kr di. Daikin guys says that Reliance would resolve the issue and the reliance technician is simply cancelling the request. Everytime the request is cancelled, we get a call from the backend team inquiring whether we have cancelled or not. Have got the call at least 7-8 times in last 15 days and we have to tell the same story again and again. They don't have any escalation matrix as well.

Better in future don't purchase anything from Reliance Digital as they have an agreement with the companies that they would handle all service requests of products purchased via them. Going to raise the complaint on INGRAM now.
