Grovy Developers has partnered with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to launch Ramada Residences by Wyndham at Dubai Islands (@WyndhamHotels), with USquare as development partner, marking Grovy Developers’ entry into Dubai’s growing branded residences sector and reinforcing Wyndham’s continued expansion in the region.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Abhishek Jalan, CEO of Grovy Developers; Dimitris Manikis, President, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts; Govind Mundra, Head of Development for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts; and Ubaid Ur Rehman Shaikh and Muhammad Umeed, Founders of USquare Luxe Properties.

Abhishek Jalan, CEO of Grovy Developers, said, “Branded residences are reshaping real estate investment in Dubai,” while Dimitris Manikis, President EMEA at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said the project reflects Wyndham’s continued confidence in Dubai’s long-term fundamentals and demand for high-quality branded residential offerings.

Scheduled for handover in Q3 2027, Ramada Residences by Wyndham at Dubai Islands will include fully furnished apartments and penthouses, more than 20 leisure amenities, and short-term leasing approval within Dubai Islands, adding further appeal for residents and investors.

Ubaid Ur Rehman Shaikh and Muhammad Umeed, Co-Founders of USquare Luxe Properties, said the partnership between USquare Luxe Properties, Grovy Developers and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is designed to deliver lasting value for buyers, investors and the wider Dubai market.
