@airtelindia @airtelcare Just moved a number to Jio after validity xpired. Surprising learning: Jio has much better coverage (especially in basements and in my tier-2 hometown), plus unlimited 5G, I don’t need to pay extra for hotspot . Glad this happened. Thanks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@makemytripcare It’s been almost a year, less than 1% of my overall travel has happened with MMT since this incident. U made an unfulfilled commitment MMT, I didn’t have the energy to take it to consumer court but I do have the patience to cut you off from my and my family plans. Duh

DGCA 24-hr rule says NO charges for such changes.
