@UCOBankOfficial First of all, I am highly disappointed with your services. I have opened a current account with you. You gave me Uco soundbox after 15 days of opening the account as bank executive told that the bank does not have the uco soundbox as it is out of stock.

After 15 days, I got Uco bank soundbox. Within 2 days of usage, it stopped working so I returned it to the bank and waiting for a new UCO bank soundbox. I still didn't get new soundbox. But still you deducted Rs 125/- for the soundbox.

1) Tried to place order using Pre-paid. Amount debited from account but Order not confirmed. Amount deducted from account but neither order is confirmed neither amount not got back.
