Evry1 @ liquor shop post May 4, shud rcv a marking wid indelible ink (lyk during elections). Such ppl must not b eligible fr free food & kits frm Govt or ne othr sources. Their ration shud b stopped. IF HE HAS MONEY FOR BOOZE, THEN WHY THE FREEBIES? Tax payers' $$$ is important.
