I got a call from no - [phone] when performing an online transaction saying that some amount is debited and verifying whether it is https://t.co/Fij4Y8puGY I saw the no was marked spam and it was not from a genuine no ..I didn't respond.plz help

All of them @CPMumbaiPolice @MumbaiPolice @HDFC_Bank @GooglePayIndia and also @OLX_India (The mst no of scams happn here)equally responsible for my loss. The @HDFCLife_Cares @HDFC_Bank also told me to block the card and change my credentials. They were like you contact @GooglePayIndia. Like what should I do (4/1)

The worst part I was almost in tears and they were so ignorant. After 3 days I again went to check and I got to know they haven't filed an FIR also.(2/2)

The police confirmed that they have filed an FIR too. I gave them all the details possible and even mentioned them that they are abusing me too and he is still picking up call. (1/1)

I lost around 24k via Gpay due to these scammers. I attached all possible images I could have ..Infact the scammer was picking up my call and still talking to me and abusing me. Nobody helped me

They are helping me to keep my account safe but how can we be sure whether the call is genuine or not.

And I have read article saying that they got call from these no and have lost their money..And that too mentioned as Spam by many for fraud cases.

Due to the no of hackers increasing day by day, it is getting difficult to understand what is true and fake. Especially when most them have marked it Spam.

I have lost my money before if u can see my previous post...And I received no support from bank or police. @hdfcsec @HDFC_Bank

No amount is debited as of now but this is a point of concern and I m waiting for HDFC to provide us with a valid response
