Very disappointed with Airtel WiFi service.
Since 8th April, I have been following up for shifting my connection, but there is NO response till date. Multiple emails sent, several calls made to customer care but no resolution, no accountability
Every time, the issue is just passed to an engineer who never responds or resolves anything. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating.
Because of this negligence, I was forced to switch to another service provider.
