@CitImmCanada I have a friend, his post graduate work permit was expired on May 8, 2021. Last time, he extended his PGWP once and he got additional 18-month PGWP which will be expired on November 8, 2022. I am wondering is he eligible for the new measures for another 18 months PGWP?

My question is, can IRCC accept his WES’s ICAP for his Permanent Resident Application under RNIP?
