Can you focus deeply, in this moment on the task at hand?
Can you manage emotions well
Can you get past the fear of not be approved of by others
You can train your mind
Nobody said it would be easy
The start point?
To know it is possible
Two types of habit change
Adaptive v Technical
If you can make technical change - diet, sleep, exercise - then go for it
But don't BS yourself if it doesn't stick
Adaptive change is deeper
It is "I am the type of person that does..X"

Question is, who are you going to listen to?
Not all Special Forces guys are mentally tough

I was never beaten in a physical challenge - the pain of it was my comfort zone
The challenge lies in discovering who you really are

99% of people are too concerned for results, anxious and tense

This is an action. A verb.
Our life circumstances will produce automatic responses BUT this does not mean they are impossible to adjust or control.
Easy? No.
A choice? Yes
You are not your mind
What a moment when you wake up to this
It gives moments of freedom from the bullsh*t of past conditioning
An opportunity to choose our thoughts and actions
To live beyond the critic
To be in THIS moment
To find some self love
