@MTA walking to the shuttle train at Grand Central and I hear an announcement that the next train will depart from track 4 in 1 minute, then in less than 10 seconds the doors close and the train departs. SMH
@MTA why do you announce to let the people off the train first before boarding, then don’t keep the doors open long enough for the people to get on? The door gets closed right in our face.
@MTA so when are you going to put an end to the fire hazards you allow during rush hour. We literally have to climb over bikes to get on and off the train.
@MTA why do you make an announcement to passengers on the platform to step aside and let people off the train first, then not allow time for passengers to board the train?
