How to save a burnt Thanksgiving pie 🥧 crust: If the edge is lightly burned, use a microplane to file off dark parts. If the edge is completely burnt, trim off and hide with whipped cream. If the entire top crust is burnt, remove it. Make a crumble topping + bake until golden.
