I am travelling From delhi to Durg in Samta express train no 12808 AC 3 tier coach number B3 seat no 2.3.5). Train staff provide white bed sheet. It looks like it is used and not in clean condition.

Mere father train mai nizamuddin se bilaspur jarahe hai.. pahle unke boarding station Haridwar tha but maine kal raat mai use Nizamuddin kar diya tha .TT ne unki confirm seat kisi aur ko allot kar di hai .mere father senior citizen hai safar lamba hai

@RailwaySeva Confiramtion msg from IRCT for boarding change. IRCT app also shows counter ticket boarding change but your customer care team informe me no boarding change showing in IRCT. Why??? Please resolve my issue urgently.
