Alright Twitter community, I'm trusting y'all to help me blow this post WAAAAY tf up.

Hey @discord_support, what the hell is this? What do you mean she has to be logged into an account to get support? She's legit unable to access her account, and to contact y'all she needs that account??

My friend here is really struggling with some irl circumstances, and is only able to contact some of her friends through discord. It's not like she can just make a new account, and add them back. Do you expect someone to just remember the User IDs of EVERY friend they've added? No? So then do us a solid, and help us out.

@DaedriccDragon @discord_support I agree, I've had quite few occasions in the past where I've had to use that email to recover my account. They used to just ask for some proof of ownership ex. billing info, recent account activity, and some other such things. But now you can't even do that? Pretty insane.

My uhhh... reaction to my PSU frying it's self like a toaster in a bathtub may have been a mild overreaction. A family member came in clutch since they knew I was using the PC for job searching as well.
