Our students had a busy day yesterday exploring the Gothic Quarter, sampling the culinary delights of La Boqueria and shopping. A beach stroll kicked off the evening, followed by tapas and watching the World Cup.

The end of the school year may be creeping ever closer but we're still running at full steam, with our Year 6 transition, Year 11 prom and Year 12 work experience all taking place this week.

Our Year 6 transition students had a taster of our core subjects today, including experimenting with density in science and playing teambuilding games in PE.

There's plenty planned for tomorrow, so we hope students come back recharged for their final day with us.

Today we welcomed our future Year 7 students to Manor for the first of three transition days.

They spent the morning getting to know their tutors & their way around the school, then this afternoon were challenged to build the tallest tower.

It's been a challenging week but the positivity, resilience and maturity shown by our students has been outstanding.

Trip update:
Our students have made it safely to London to watch England's men's and women's teams play in the Hockey Pro League.

We hope that they have a great time.

The goodbyes continue this week, with our Year 13 students passing through the school gates today for the final time.

They've been a fantastic cohort and we can't wait to find out what they get up to in the future.

Time is running out to book appointments for our Year 7 Consultation Evening this Thursday. Bookings can be made using the Arbor app/online portal by following the link to the Consultation Evening on the dashboard.

The system will close to new appointments at 12pm on Wednesday.

Today we said goodbye and good luck to our Year 11 students as they end their time with us.

There'll be further celebrations at their prom, but today's leavers assembly gave us the chance to applaud their achievements and wish them well for their next steps.
