@RiotPhroxzon What I get from this as Swain OTP:
-Shallow mastery curve on mages bot = confirms my low elo skew design hypothesis, even on a role that presents high WR in high elo
-RoA/Ludens/CDR system preS11 was better for scaling mages than current mythic system, esp for Swain

@RiotPhroxzon Still waiting on a Swain rework / CGU / Revert The Rylais agenda from 12.8 mid scope onwards pushed him in a kiting space his kit doesn't feel natural in. Either revert to a strong R2 or lower his optimal range somehow, Swain is not a Viktor or a Cassiopeia, he wants to all in.

Current Swain is just a mess...

Who wanted this champion gone? He implemented the battlemage juggermage hybrid way better than current Swain

Issues persist. Right now they've made him a juggernaut kit but with mage itemisation? Just for the sake of support role...

@RiotPhroxzon Swain either needs his effective range (and thus itemisation) lowered/changed or bring his strong R back.
It's the best TL;DR of how I see Swain's deep design flaws fixed.
