@boAtSupport1 If Boat don’t have spare parts under warranty, then atleast provide replacement or same spare part price so that I can repair it outside. Instead I was offered refund of 1/3 of original amount and also will take away speaker. What will I do with 1/3 refund amount without speaker?

@RockWithboAt My ticket 58037162 for Boat Part Pal 30 battery issue is open from July 19 2025 and even after 2 months still it is open. I did not get replacement due to parts unavailability at your side and agreed for 1/3rd amount refund but still did not get any refund.

@boAtSupport1 Its been 48 hrs and still did not get any update. Everytime I get same response to wait for 24-48 hrs for update and like this Boat support team took more than 2 months and still not able to resolve the issue?

@amangupta0303 Why your support team is not capable of arranging spare parts or replacement in case spare parts is not available. Even for refund they are taking months. Boat support team sucks.

Need clarity on inter-distict travel. Do we need to apply e-pass if we want to commute inter-distict ( within Thane-Mumbai-Panvel) in non curfue hours (7am to 2pm) for any reason?

@ThaneCityPolice My parents are now in Thane. They have taken covid vaccinne and now coming Monday, they wants to go back Kharghar at their home. Should I apply for epass? If yes, what vehicle number should I put in case of taxi and what document should I attach?

@mamaearthindia I have ordered product on 21st June and its been 7 days, order status is 'Pickup Scheduled'. Same product are getting delivered in 2-3 days by Amazon/Flipkart. Estimated date of arrival is 28 June but with current status as 'Pickup Scheduled', I am bit worried.
