BREAKING: Europe takes a bold stand against Trump as top leaders issue a historic joint statement condemning his fascist plans to conquer Greenland from a NATO ally: "Greenland belongs to Greenland."

The world has been thrown upside down overnight...

"Arctic security remains a key priority for Europe and it is critical for international and transatlantic security," begins the statement put out by French President Emanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and Danish Prime Minister Mette.

"NATO has made clear that the Arctic region is a priority and European Allies are stepping up," it continues. "We and many other Allies have increased our presence, activities and investments, to keep the Arctic safe and to deter adversaries. The Kingdom of Denmark – including Greenland – is part of NATO."

"Security in the Arctic must therefore be achieved collectively, in conjunction with NATO allies including the United States, by upholding the principles of the UN Charter, including sovereignty, territorial integrity and the inviolability of borders," they write. "These are universal principles, and we will not stop defending them."

"The United States is an essential partner in this endeavour, as a NATO ally and through the defence agreement between the Kingdom of Denmark and the United States of 1951."

"Greenland belongs to its people. It is for Denmark and Greenland, and them only, to decide on matters concerning Denmark and Greenland," the statement concludes.

The fact that such a statement is necessary underlines just how drastically Donald Trump has destabilized the world order. Our closest allies are now concerned that the United States may invade Greenland to seize the land out of some supposed "strategic necessity." In reality, Greenland is already secure.

As a part of NATO, it falls under the American security umbrella. The U.S. seizing the land and slapping our national name on it doesn't change anything about the material security situation, it just allows Trump to playact as a Napoleon or Caesar. It's a child's understanding of geopolitics that reduces the world to a game of Risk. Only a political movement as deeply ignorant and mind-numbingly stupid as MAGA could get excited about such an idea.

Trump's recent illegal invasion of Venezuela and kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro has made it clear that he's done even pretending to care about international law. In the wake of that attack he and his minions have escalated their rhetoric about Greenland. Trump said that he is "very serious" about the annexation idea and his chief fascist advisor Stephen Miller has stated that "the formal position of the U.S. government" is "that Greenland should be part of the United States."

Miller's wife Katie, a deeply deranged and unstable woman who possesses all of her troglodytic husband's worst traits, posted an image of Greenland on X with the American flag superimposed over it. This idea has taken deep root amongst MAGA faithful and we need to to be taking it deadly seriously.

Trump's dreams of empire are indicative of the deep rot at the heart of our country. These insane acts of aggression offer no benefit to the American people who continue to struggle with rising costs of living, unaffordable housing, and a broken healthcare system. Everything that Trump does is designed to benefit the corrupt oligarchs who put him in power.

BREAKING: Jack Smith brilliantly calls Donald Trump's bluff and urges Congress and the Justice Department to let him testify publicly "in open hearings" to set the record straight.

This is the last thing that MAGA wants the former special counsel to do...

In a new letter sent to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees, Smith asked for the public hearings so that he can dispel the "many mischaracterizations" that are now swirling around his investigations into Trump's mishandling of classified records and efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Those investigations led to criminal charges but were ultimately dismissed by a Trump-appointed judge.

Smith's attorneys told the Republican committee leaders that he will need DOJ assurances that he "will not be punished" for testifying since some of the details of his investigations are technically still sealed or protected under grand jury secrecy rules.

Donald Trump and his Republican cronies have relentlessly smeared Jack Smith, but he has steadfastly defended his investigations.

“The idea that politics would play a role in big cases like this, it’s absolutely ludicrous and it’s totally contrary to my experience as a prosecutor,” Smith said previously.

"I think it's important that he's speaking up in a way to kind of demystify what has been grossly misrepresented to the American people by the senators," former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe on CNN.

These hearings would give Smith a public forum to destroy Trump's lies about him while simultaneously walking the American people through the details of Trump's crimes. It would be a PR disaster for a White House that is already drowning scandals.

BREAKING: Massive bombshell drops in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal as CBS News reports that the FBI, Bureau of Prisons, and Justice Department all have a copy of the prison cell video without the "missing minute" removed from roughly 11:59 p.m. to midnight.

Attorney General Pam Bondi previously claimed that the footage was reset at that time every night...

Earlier this month, the Trump-controlled FBI and Justice Department released close to 11 hours of footage purportedly showing the outside of Epstein's cell the night he allegedly committed suicide. Americans quickly noticed that the time code inexplicably jumped ahead a minute right before midnight. The anomaly fed into theories that killers could have entered the room to eliminate the billionaire pedophile.

Now, a "government source familiar with the investigation" has revealed to CBS News that a copy of the video exists that does not include the bizarre time jump.

Given how desperately the administration has been trying to tamp out the growing Trump-Epstein scandal, one would think that they'd release the missing minute to alleviate suspicions. Their refusal to do so supercharges the concerns that the minute in question contains something that Trump does not want us to see.

When Bondi was asked about the missing minute, she claimed that the Bureau of Prisons informed her that the missing minute was a result of a nightly reset system that caused the cameras to miss one minute every night. That confusing explanation now appears to be a blatant lie.

"The video was not conclusive, but the evidence prior to it was showing he committed suicide," Bondi previously said. "And what was on that, there was a minute that was off the counter and what we learned from the Bureau of Prisons is every year, uh every night, they redo that video."

"It's old from like 1999. So, every night the video is reset and every night should have the same minute missing," she said. "So we’re looking for that video to release that as well, showing that a minute is missing every night. And that’s it on Epstein.

She claimed that the Justice Department would release another video to prove that this reset happens every night but no such video was ever released.

Surveillance video experts told CBS News that such a nightly reset would have "been unusual" and not something they encountered in most video systems." Such a rest, of course, makes no sense because it leaves a glaring, repeatable gap in your security.

Given the ever-mounting evidence that Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein were not just long-time friends but co-predators, the importance of this new revelation cannot be overstated. The American people deserve immediate answers and the full release of the Epstein files.

BREAKING: Donald Trump's week ends with nightmare news in his Jeffrey Epstein scandal as a 1994 video resurfaces showing him making lewd comments about his infant daughter Tiffany.

It's starting to make sense why Trump was best friends with a pedophile for decades...

“What does Tiffany have of yours and what does Tiffany have of Marla’s?” host Robin Leach asked Trump during his appearance on "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous."

Tiffany was born in 1993 and was 1 year old at the time. She is Trump's only child with Marla Maples. It's worth noting that CNN recently uncovered photos proving that Epstein attended the wedding.

“She’s a very beautiful baby. She’s got Marla’s legs. We don’t know whether or not she’s got this part yet, but time will tell," Trump said, making a gesture with his hands to illustrate large breasts.

Maples, who was present for the interview, laughed awkwardly but there was nothing normal or funny about Trump's remarks. No father should talk about his daughter in such a sexual manner, especially not a child. Clearly, this is a man who sees no distinction between little girls and adult women. He objectifies them all just as Epstein did.

Trump has also made deeply inappropriate remarks about his daughter Ivanka, admitting: "If Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her."

The more we learn about Trump, his sexual tastes, and his friendship with Epstein, the more likely it seems that he preyed on underage girls.

Recently, Epstein accuser Maria Farmer revealed that she twice asked the FBI to investigate Trump after a disturbing encounter with him in 1995 when she was preparing to work for Epstein.

"She said she told the authorities that late one night, Mr. Epstein unexpectedly called her to his offices in a luxury building in Manhattan, and she arrived in running shorts," reported the The New York Times.

"Mr. Trump then arrived, wearing a business suit, and started to hover over her, she said she told the authorities." She felt "scared" as "Trump stared at her bare legs."

Epstein then entered the room and said to Trump: "No, no. She’s not here for you." Epstein and Trump then left, and she heard Trump say that he thought she was sixteen years old.

The story suggests that Trump was accustomed to being provided underage girls by Epstein, who he once called a "terrific guy" who was "a lot of fun." Trump is also on the record stating that Epstein "likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side."

It's time to release the Epstein files in full.

CNN recently uncovered previously unknown photos and videos of Epstein at Trump’s 1993 wedding to Marla Maples as well as videos of the men together at 1999 Victoria's Secret fashion event in New York City.

BREAKING: The Catholic Church enrages MAGA world as the Archdiocese of Miami unequivocally condemns "Alligator Alcatraz" as "unbecoming of public officials" and "corrosive of the common good."

The Church has quickly become Donald Trump's greatest enemy...

"We all want to make America great again, but you're not going to make America great by making America mean," said Archbishop Thomas Wenski.

"No matter how well secure you have the tents, in a strong storm I would think they would be hazardous. Plus the Everglades out there is very hot," said Wenski.

The facility was constructed in Florida to hold migrants in brutal conditions with a gleefully cruel nicknamed designed to excite MAGA xenophobes. Those with a more clear-eyed historical perspective have taken to calling it "Alligator Auschwitz."

Pope Pope Leo XIV is a strong advocate for humane treatment and care of migrants and under his leadership the Church has pushed back forcefully against many of Trump's worst abuses.

"To mock these people that are detained here is to forget, that they… have parents, mothers, fathers, children, brothers and sister that are very distressed by people being detained here," the Archbishop said.

"What makes it cruel right now is the arbitrariness of this push to deport more people that really have a stake, who've already been here, that put in sweat equity and staying here," he added.

Alligator Alcatraz is just the latest horrifying development in Donald Trump's ongoing war against immigrant communities. His brutal ICE crackdowns are tearing families apart and targeting innocent people, all in service of a program of soft ethnic cleansing. When this is all said and done, MAGA wants to bring about a white Christian nationalist authoritarian state.

The Archbishop also released a powerful statement on on the archdiocese of Miami’s website—

"The bishops of the United States have long been advocates of reforms to our broken immigration system," it reads. "Thoughtful observers of the challenges facing our country cannot help but recognize that serious reforms are necessary to preserve safety and the integrity of our borders, as well as to accommodate needs for labor, family stability, and the ability of those at risk of grave harm to migrate. We continue to propose reforms that will enhance our immigration system, respect human dignity, and promote the common good.

"The administration has effectively achieved control of the border. It is aggressively moving to remove and deport 'bad actors,' those who have entered the country and committed serious crimes, but, as employers in the agricultural or services sectors of our economy can tell you, most immigrants are hardworking and honest and only want to build a hopeful future for themselves and their families," it continues.

"The majority, although not having permanent legal status, do enjoy some form of status such as TPS (Temporary Protective Status), parole, or a pending asylum application. Some (Haitians, Cubans, Venezuelans, and Nicaraguans) came with special humanitarian visas good for two years, but conditions in their countries of origin have yet to improve," the statement goes on. "Others came legally as students or visitors and fell out of status.  The Dreamers were brought by their parents, and while the government has afforded them 'deferred departure,' they have no path to legal permanent residence."

"The US faces labor shortages in many industries, including healthcare, service, and agriculture. Removing immigrant workers will only exacerbate these shortages," it continues. "Rather than spending billions to deport people who are already contributing positively to our nation’s well-being, it would be more financially sensible and more morally acceptable for Congress, working with the Administration, to expand legal pathways for non-criminal migrants to adjust to a permanent legal status. The administration is responsible for enforcing the laws, but Congress makes the laws and has the authority to change them."

"As the new detention center at Dade-Collier Airport, also known as 'Alligator Alcatraz,' becomes operational, it seems necessary to take stock of recent developments in immigration enforcement and reiterate the need for more than enforcement-only measures," it reads.

"It is alarming to see enforcement tactics that treat all irregular immigrants as dangerous criminals. Masked, heavily armed agents who do not identify themselves during enforcement activities are surprising - so is the apparent lack of due process in deportation proceedings in recent months," it continues.

"Along these lines, much of the current rhetoric is obviously intentionally provocative. It is unbecoming of public officials and corrosive of the common good to speak of the deterrence value of 'alligators and pythons' at the Collier-Dade facility," the letter bluntly states.

"Common decency requires that we remember the individuals being detained are fathers and mothers, brothers and sisters of distressed relatives," it continues. "We wish to ensure that chaplains and pastoral ministers can serve those in custody, to their benefit and that of the staff. We also raise concerns about the isolation of the detention facility, which is far from medical care centers, and the precariousness of the temporary 'tent' structures in the Florida heat and summer thunderstorms, not to mention the challenge of safely protecting detainees in the event of a hurricane."

"We call on all people of goodwill to pray for our government officials, for those in immigration custody and their families, for those who work in enforcement, and for justice for all in this nation, whose prosperity immigrants have always contributed to," it concludes.

Ironically, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis claims to be Catholic as does fascist Vice President J.D. Vance. Their actions could not be any less Christ-like.

NBC6 has reported on the "inhumane conditions" at Alligator Alcatraz and migrants are being given spoiled food, given limited access to showers, and are being exposed to extreme and mosquito swarms.

History will remember this dark moment and those who stand by silently will be judged accordingly.
