@RoyalMail How on earth has a parcel on your 48 hour service, that was dropped off in Aldridge (WS9) to Wednesbury (WS10) but has spend the last 4 days in Leeds? 102m in the wrong direction, compared to a straight line (same MC) of 6.7 mile) and now 96 hours over the 48 hrs!!!

@AmazonHelp @AmazonUK @duranduran @FunkoEurope Problem is - it was dispatched from Belgium, so returning it is a pain as there aren’t as many UPS pick up points near me. I’ve ordered it from elsewhere, as it took over a week to get here, and so I’m not prepared to risk another wrecked one in a week’s time.

@UberUKI_Support My belief that he is a delivery driver for uber is based on the food package he left on one of our cars rather than going to the door and knocking… what a STUPID question!!!

Someone from @UberEats needs to contact us urgently. Delivery driver chose to hit a neighbour’s car and then drive off!!! We will be contacting @WMPolice about this hit and run! Can WMP tell us how to log this please?

@UberEats We’ve contacted the police now, and got a crime number. Ironically, Uber will not disclose the registration of the car due to privacy… is that not a case of obstructing a criminal inquiry???

It seems that @CapitalOneUK need a refresher course in the #EqualityAct2010 when dealing with customers that have @autismuk - they have flat out refused to close my settled card account by email, despite explaining that I do not use the as it causes stress and anxiety for me…
