Delighted to announce the names of the 18 cities that have been chosen under the CITIIS 2.0 Challenge. Part of Smart Cities Mission, CITIIS 1 set new benchmarks for process innovation, technical performance, & management capabilities in urban development. CITIIS 2.0 is a harbinger of equally innovative and successful projects.

The selected cities will have access to some of the best technical support and mentorship not just in the country but across the world.

The urban interventions being implemented will be replicated across the country & studied as ‘lighthouse initiatives’ in the fledgling movements of circular economy in India.
