@SwiggyCares The policy that customer have to reach the location where delivery person has the location is so pathetic. I do not understand why people will order from swiggy instamart if they have to go out.

@SwiggyInstamart I had a terrible experience with your service. I added my full address, but the delivery partner got an incomplete one, which led to him refusing to deliver to my doorstep. He claimed the company won’t pay him for the additional 1.5 km, so I need to talk to you.

@SwiggyCares Tour person confirmed the correct address and you provided wrong location to delivery person. I asked the persom to cancelled my order.

Cancel the order but still incur charges.
This is absolutely unacceptable! Swiggy shows no regard for customer safety or delivery partners. It’s frustrating to be treated like this. When will you take customer concerns seriously?

After 10 mins, I was contacted by your Order Delivery Mngmnt team who offered only two unsatisfactory solutions: Go to where the delivery partner is standing (As a woman, at 10 PM, with no vehicle, this is not a feasible option! Why would I order from Swiggy if I could go myself)

The system in Telangana is so corrupted that its been 4 years, I haven't received my Father’s Death Certificate yet. As I have no family in Hyderabad I had to shift back to Delhi immediately but never in my life I had thought that it will take that much of time. @TelanganaCMO
