@donnfelker Thank you. When someone internally huffs about it, I ask them to get out of the comfort zone to learn something new. It’s a new skill that will help their career. If they refuse, then I know were they stand on growth.

1. Be curious (get to the root of the problem)
2. Accept some mysteries (so you can get things done)

Sometimes, being curious is critical to truly fix problems.

Sometimes, being too curious blocks completing time-sensitive work.
