Ads Revenue Sharing, it has effectively been discontinued. This is not necessarily a problem with your account.

X officially retired the Creator Revenue Sharing program on September 7, 2026. Existing creators were supposed to receive their final payment for earnings through September 7 around September 11.

What happened?

X replaced it with a new program called Original Content Rewards.

The new system:

Rewards original content, rather than simply paying based on the old engagement/revenue-sharing formula.
Uses qualified impressions, particularly impressions from verified/Premium users in the Home Timeline.
Requires eligible creators to apply through Creator Studio → Original Content Rewards.
Has a minimum of 500 verified followers and 500,000 qualified Home Timeline impressions in the previous 90 days for the new program.
Excludes things such as copied/reuploaded content and artificially generated impressions.

So if you’re checking your X monetization and your old Ads/Creator Revenue Sharing earnings aren’t increasing anymore, that’s expected under the change.
