Truly humbled to share that I've successfully defended my PhD thesis and am now officially Dr. Manu Gulati.
My research focusses on enhancing oral communication of Delhi Govt School students, in English Lang.
In perpetuity, indebted to divine grace, my parents, family & friends.
Most fathers don’t do anything unusual.
They simply do what fathers are meant to do.
They show up.
In the stands, at the dinner table, during difficult conversations, through failures, celebrations, worries, and dreams.
They may not always have the perfect words. They may not always get everything right. But their quiet presence often becomes the foundation on which a child builds confidence, courage, and security.
Sometimes, the greatest thing a father can do is simply be there.
And that is no small thing ❤️
Wishing all fathers and fatherly figures out there a very Happy Father’s Day. M

P.S. Father's Day isn't easy for everyone.
If this day brings up pain, loss, or difficult memories, your feelings are valid too.
Wishing you peace, healing, and kindness toward yourself today ❤️
Prayers answered, hearts full, a little one in my arms this Mother's Day. Grateful beyond words.
Now that I am a mother myself, I probably understand or rather feel my Maa's sacrifices deeper. Happy Mother’s Day to all the courageous and loving mothers.
Navratri this year was less about seeking for the self & more about the grace of surrender-a humble gratitude of the effulgent joy that has transformed our home.May Durga Maa grant each one of us the strength to weather life' shadows & stillness to cherish its delicate blessings.
And the journey begins.
At Puri, the tiny Olive Ridley turtles you see today may return to the very same beach decades later to lay their own eggs.
Remarkably, out of hundreds that hatch together in these mass “arribada” events, only a handful survive to adulthood, making each journey to the sea a race against overwhelming odds.
A landmark shift in how India defines motherhood!
The Supreme Court of India has ruled that adoptive mothers are entitled to 12 weeks of maternity leave regardless of the child’s age.
Earlier, the law denied leave if the child was older than 3 months, ignoring the reality that adoption itself is often a long, delayed process.
In a powerful observation, the court said:
Motherhood is not just biological—it is emotional, intentional, and built over time.
Because every child, no matter when they arrive, deserves a mother who has the time to be there

She was once told she wasn’t strong enough.
Years later, she stood on top of the world. Twice.
From a small village in Rajasthan, where expectations for girls rarely went beyond tradition, Lt Col Deepika Rathore chose a different path — one that led her to the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest.
Her first attempt at mountaineering training? Rejected.
Reason? She was “underweight.”
But some rejections don’t stop you.
They shape you.
Commissioned into the Indian Army in 2011, she carried both her uniform and her dream to the mountains.
At just 26, she became the first woman from Rajasthan to summit Everest. And then, she did it again, leading young NCC girls to the top, proving that courage multiplies when shared.
From Everest to Mount Elbrus, Kilimanjaro, and Aconcagua, her journey is about limits rewritten.

In most places, the New Year arrives as a single moment.
In India, it comes in many names at once…
Gudi Padwa, Ugadi, Cheti Chand, Navreh, Sajibu Nongma Panba.
Different languages, but all part of the poem of India.
Wishing everyone a year of growth & grace.

Prof @ap_behera for the gracious opportunity.
She’s the heartbeat we first heard, and in her lap, the world always felt safe.
She’s the quiet strength behind our loudest dreams.
The one who claps the hardest… even when we miss the mark.
To the woman who taught us how to walk, and then stood back with tears as we ran …
Happy Mother’s Day to every maa, mom, mummy, amma and aai who makes this world softer, safer, and stronger.
You are love in its purest form.
Tell your maa one thing you’ve never said before… today’s the day — call her, message her, or better yet, give her a tight hug and say it in person.

This Mother’s Day, I bow in tribute to the Mothers of India’s bravehearts—those who have served or are serving in our Armed Forces.
They are not only Mothers to their children—they are silent sentinels of our nation’s strength.
Their courage, their quiet sacrifices, and their patriotism remind us that true valour often begins at home.
Today, we honour not just our soldiers, but the Mothers who shaped them.
