I bought a @HyundaiIndia Exter less than a year ago.
It’s been a nightmare — the car has broken down 10+ times, same issue every time.
Each “repair” by Ramaa Hyundai fails within days or hours.Weeks in workshops. No real fix.
A manufacturing defect Hyundai refuses to own up to.
@HyundaiIndia I’ve spent weeks without my car, juggling work and life around endless repairs.
Every complaint to Hyundai has been met with silence or another “diagnostic.”
This isn’t just inconvenience — it’s negligence and corporate apathy.
Hyundai must be held accountable.
@HyundaiIndia After months of breakdowns, Hyundai asked for “one last chance” to fix the car.
I agreed — hoping they’d finally take responsibility.
The car came back from the workshop… and failed again within 24 hours.
How many “last chances” before they admit it’s a manufacturing defect?
@HyundaiIndia I’ve escalated this repeatedly — emails, calls, written complaints. Nothing.
If this can happen with a brand-new car, it can happen to anyone.
I’ll now pursue legal and consumer action, and share updates publicly so others know what to expect.

@Manuin2k Happened with me as well, seems like a case where route is overbooked by charging premium fares for last minute bookings and then denying legit passengers the boarding to accommodate the additional traffic, horrible customer service and unfair trade practices. @airindia@DGCAIndia
#ScamAlert@airindia#cheated us.
Step 1: We asked Air India if we needed pre-arrival registration (PAR) to transit HK by ferry - they said no (on email)
Step 2: Later at Delhi airport they denied us boarding becoz we didn't have PAR!
Pathetic.
@DGCAIndia@MoCA_GoI help!
When mechanical engineers can't read drawings or use a vernier scale & electrical engineers can't state Ohms Law or use a multimeter it really is a sad state of our technical education in India! Our path to being a manufacturing powerhouse is long & arduous!
2023 has been an eventful year for us:
- We hired multiple engineers from local colleges
- We scaled manufacturing of our EV powertrains
- We undertook core R&D projects to build sustainable solutions
- Participated in the Global Investors Summit in UP
India's manufacturing sector is critical to our growth story.
And Alphasine is at the heart of this ambition. We manufacture EV powers trains and energy efficient motors in our factory in Lucknow, UP.

We participated in the #EV India Expo 2023 & displayed our EV #powertrain components
We used the opportunity to present our broader capabilities to design, develop & manufacture energy efficient #BLDC#motors, #controllers and develop motion control technologies for the future
