Tried informing your customer service about cancellation of a connecting (codeshare flight) of Indigo on 11-dec-25 since yesterday but they are unable to see updates in system and can’t help with reschedule leaving me stuck. Pls help resolve this.

Just received an email from you for flight cancellation on 11-Dec-25. Its a code share flight (BA8783) and the cancellation info is not passed to partner airline (British Airways). Can you confirm this so that I can seek an alternative?

Hi,I have a 2 legged flight tomorrow with below details.
1st leg- Indore to Mumbai (operated by Indigo)
2nd leg- Mumbai to Heathrow (operated by Virgin)
They are with common PNR shared by Virgin for the full journey. Unable to check-in either flight
