My bank confirms that the amount of 50k has deducted from my bank and has been sent to coindcx through reference no: IMPS213211384881
but coindcx has rejected and didn’t added anything in my wallet. When I raise a problem ticket nobody replies!

@CoinDCX @CoinDCX_Cares After 3 days of adding INR deposit into wallet, you guys are saying you haven’t received the money. Is this some kind of scam going on?
I have attached bank statements and bank proofs and you are saying you haven’t received the payment. #CoinDcx
