We have spent years thinking about what it would actually take to move capital markets fully onchain
and we honestly believe JUST tokenizing assets solves only the easiest part of the problem
bringing capital markets onchain is not simply about putting assets on a blockchain
it’s about allowing independent institutions to coordinate on shared infrastructure WITHOUT EXPOSING every position, balance or transaction to everyone
while also not cutting themselves off from the broader onchain economy
this is what #Sui Spheres are designed to make possible
inside a sphere, institutions can create controlled environments for private markets, lending, collateral and other multi-party workflows
they can decide who participates, what each participant can see and which rules govern the system
but unlike an isolated private network, a sui sphere can connect outward when public settlement, liquidity, assets or auditability are needed
and sui spheres do not have to exist in isolation from one another
different spheres can selectively connect when assets or workflows need to move between them, while each sphere keeps its own rules around participation and visibility
and also without forcing every participant and every piece of activity into one fully open system
this is the architecture capital markets actually need to go fully onchain
NOT one public blockchain for everything
and NOT thousands of private systems that cannot talk to one another
but a network of controlled environments, each built for a specific market or workflow, that can connect whenever value needs to move
control where control matters
openness where openness creates value
🇺🇸JUST IN: SEC Chair Paul Atkins says the SEC is "ready, willing and able" to write crypto rules even if Congress doesn't pass the CLARITY Act.
"We need the certainty of a statute that will help future-proof so that we have clear direction to go forward."
At this point, it’s safe to say that when it comes to core infra, no other L1 in this space delivers like @SuiNetwork
Payments, privacy, bitcoin finance, scalability and post-quantum security are all being pushed forward at the same time
No other L1 is shipping this much across this many fronts
BULLISH
I have been building in this space through several cycles
when markets turn down, you see very quickly which teams were selling a vision and which teams were actually building toward one
so far in 2026, we have delivered gasless stablecoin transfers, sui dollar and deepbook margin on mainnet
we have put confidential transfers into public beta, launched deepbook predict and hashi on testnet
and pushed programmable transactions beyond 6 million TPS in a public experiment
and we are nowhere near done
before the year is over, deepBook predict and confidential transfers will be live on mainnet
and sui will support quantum-secure addresses and programmable quantum vaults
plus, there is much more coming around payments, security and AI this year that we cannot share yet
all I can tell you right now is that we are not slowing down
if anything, we are moving faster
LATEST: 🇺🇸 The Crypto Council for Innovation, Blockchain Association, and The Digital Chamber have jointly urged the Senate to bring the CLARITY Act to the floor for a vote.
