Cause the first drive was A (5.25) some computers had two 5.25 drives because they barely held anything. One was the program disk (a) and one was the data disk(b). Eventually both were replaced by 3.25 which now is A.

Then what came next? Hard drive so you guessed it. It's the C drive. Then what comes next? The compact Disk...d drive.

After that it's just what someone picked at random. I use z drive for like backup. G for Google etc.

It's worth the time. I use the windows downloaded version on my PCs and the app on my phone.

I even have it task certain activities to Claude cli, which it uses from its own computer tied to my account. It also tasks to cursor.
